Schtang's video: Schtang Aengus - Ether Live Synth Performance ft Octatrack MKii TR-08 E2 Sub37 VBass VKeys

@Schtang & Aengus - Ether (Live Synth Performance ft. Octatrack MKii, TR-08, E2, Sub37, VBass, VKeys)
Another live studio performance by Schtang & Aengus. This time up we go a bit deeper with a dark 140bpm broken beat track. We are starting to find a groove together and will definitely be developing as a duo along with our respective side projects. We currently have a focus on tense progressions, dark soundscapes and deep bass. Stay locked as we've filmed a few more of our collaborative work and will be uploading in the near future! Slightly boring gear talk: The TR08 is the central percussive element of this track, with thick kick drums, hats and percussive sounds. The Electribe 2 is the central clock and is also used to sequence and effect the large horror pads care of the Volca Keys heard throughout. The Volca Bass adds a trippy panning bass growl which is run through the TC Electronic M300 effects unit. The Sub37 plays a driving and thrilling arp which mingles nicely with a bongo rhythm on the Octatrack mkii. The Octatrack mkii sequences the soupy bass patch, clapsnare, and some other percussive elements, as well as acting as an effects unit for the Sub37. All in all a textural and intense dark bass track we hope you enjoy as much as we did!
