@Korg Volca Sample Tutorial: Sidechaining Tricks [By Schtang]
In this tutorial I will take you through a handful of different ways to emulate a sidechain compressor. As this is a super budget synth, sidechaining is obviously a luxury that couldn't be included. But you can work within it's constraints to imitate what a sidechain compressor does. Hopefully these are some helpful tricks that you can use to clean up your mix and make cleaner more professional sounding patterns. As mentioned in the tutorial, here is a link to Dennis Mozgovoy's tutorial on sidechaining using the Attack knob: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rV62W... All sounds used in this tutorial were made using the factory packaged samples which come with the box. Please feel free to post any questions and I'll respond as best as I can.
