Pray the rosary with me. 1st Luminous Mystery - The Baptism of Jesus in the Jordan (Mat 3:16-17) After Jesus was baptized, he came up from the water and behold, the heavens were opened for him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming upon him. And a voice came from the heavens, saying, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased." 2nd Luminous Mystery - The Wedding at Cana (Jn 2:5-7) His mother said to the servers, "Do whatever he tells you." Now there were six stone water jars there for Jewish ceremonial washings, each holding twenty to thirty gallons. Jesus told them, "Fill the jars with water." So they filled them to the brim. 3rd Luminous Mystery - The Proclamation of the Kingdom (Mat 10:7-8) As you go, make this proclamation: 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.' Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, drive out demons. Without cost you have received; without cost you are to give. 4th Luminous Mystery - The Transfiguration (Luk 9:29,35) While he was praying, his face changed in appearance and his clothing became dazzling white. Then from the cloud came a voice that said, "This is my chosen Son; listen to him." 5th Luminous Mystery - The Institution of the Eucharist (Luk 22:19-20) Then he took the bread, said the blessing, broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body, which will be given for you; do this in memory of me." And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which will be shed for you.
