I ate like a MICHAEL PHELPS for a day | 10000 calorie + full day of eating like Michael phelps for 24 hours | 24 hour food challenge I tried to eat the Michael phelps diet plan for a day So today I tried eating like Michael was, one of the most successful athletes & swimmers in the world for 24 hours. So why did I decide to eat like Michael phelps for a day? Because not only was the response to the last video where I ate like a sumo wrestler for 24 hours & also my eating & training like David goggins for 24 hours video great, the suggestions under both vids & dms on ig have really helped in finding other athlete diet plans to try similar to my calorie intake. So, seeing as you enjoyed the last 2 vids, why not continue with more of the 24 hour celebrity diet full day of eating food challenges by eating the Michael phelps diet plan for 24 hours Correct a full day of eating like Michael phelps for 24 hours, taking you through the full day where i ate like Michael phelps for a day. HOWEVER This is not Michael phelps 10000 calorie cheat day diet that i ate like for a day, instead, it’s Michael people LATEST diet where he has reported to have cut back his calories significantly but it still hasn’t affected Michael phelps performance as the swimming diet plan was still successful in that it was the meal plan that fuelled Michael phelps to winning a load more medals in the Olympics. So, when speaking about the Michael phelps diet plan, Michael phelps claimed to eat 4000 calories so I thought that a the Michael phelps diet plan would suit perfectly as the swimmer seems to require the same amount of calories as myself & again, I’m not talking about the 10000 calorie challenge that Michael phelps is most known for when it comes to diet but Michael phelps REAL diet for 24 hours. That’s right, a full day of eating like Michael phelps for 24 hours, taking you through the full day where i ate like Michael phelps for a day. Correct, I managed to find the exact athlete swimming olympic diet plan which Michael phelps eats a day which, as you’ll see, is still loads of calories but unlike Michael phelps old 10000 + calorie junk food cheat day diet, the Michael phelps meal plan now revolves around A LOT of nutritious foods with minimal junk & fast food & the results show where Michael phelps is now one of the fittest & most successful swimming athletes in the world with a world record amount of Olympic gold medals The Michael phelps diet explained Usually, Michael phelps will wake up bright & early & go into a training session after oats, coffee & an omelette. After training Michael phelps will then follow with lunch ie. a subway meatball marinara, a staple in Michael phelps diet plan. From here, Michael phelps next meal is just dinner which again consists of lean protein & complex carbs & vegetables. As far as supplements go, Michael phelps doesn’t take many (if any) supplements as the Michael phelps diet is already good enough to supply him with sufficient macros/micros vs a load of junk food which he would have had back on the Michael phelps +10000 calorie diet plan So, although I eat clean daily , why not substitute my staple meals with the swimming Michael phelps meal plan & try to replicate a REAL full day of eating like Michael phelps for 24 hours, taking you through the full day where i ate like Michael phelps for a day.
