Full day of eating for fat loss | shredding diet | full day of shredding | body transformation | intermittent fasting diet for fat loss | high protein Full day of eating | cutting diet Back with a more, raw, style of video and full day of eating that I’m currently on to stay shredded. Nearly 5000 calories a day which, for me is maintenance and sometimes even a deficit to lose fat and get shredded but for most, this will be a huge surplus and more of a full day of eating to build muscle and lean bulk Of course, i do not advocate or suggest you follow my full day of eating, we are all different and require different calorie amounts to lose fat and gain muscle but hopefully the full day of eating gives you an insight as to what my diet is currently like to stay shredded. Overall, it’s a basic diet whether for fat loss or muscle gain, the full day of eating is usually 3 big meals with a macro capper meaning I adopt intermittent fasting thus, hopefully this also helps show how I incorporate intermittent fasting day of eating and still hit my calorie goals to stay shredded Other than that, as i said, the full day of intermittent fasting is a bit more raw but still includes easy high protein, low calorie recipes that taste great but also are highly satiating which you may like to try to help you either with fat loss or muscle gain, all while eating out of bowls the size of your head. Finally, always remember that, this intermittent fasting full day of eating diet plan is no magic fat loss diet, it’s not the best diet to lose weight fast or the best extreme fat loss cutting diet. Those terms are silly without context as there is no “best” diet for losing weight and losing fat.
