Nearly 5000 calories a day with very similar high protein & high volume recipes which, for me is maintenance and sometimes even a deficit to lose fat & get shredded but for most, this will be a huge surplus & more of a full day of eating to build muscle and lean bulk Of course, i do not advocate or suggest you follow my full day of eating, we are all different & require different calorie amounts when it comes to muscle gain diet plans or fat loss full day of eating plans but hopefully the full day of eating gives you an insight as to what my current cutting diet and training plan is to stay shredded at 5% fat Correct, an honest what i eat in a day full day of eating to stay shredded which, overall, is still a very basic diet whether for fat loss or muscle gain, the full day of eating is usually 3 big high volume, high protein meals with a macro capper meaning I adopt intermittent fasting thus, hopefully this also helps show how I incorporate intermittent fasting day of eating into the what i eat in a day, full day of eating video and still hit my calorie & macro goals to stay shredded Other than that, as i said, the full day of intermittent fasting is a bit more raw but still includes easy high protein, high volume, low calorie recipes that taste great but also are highly satiating which you may like to try to help you either with fat loss or muscle gain, all while eating out of bowls the size of your head. I know that for a full day of lean bulking or for a diet plan for muscle gain that high in calories it seems silly going so high protein, high volume and not using more calorie dense options but you know me, my appetite is huge so I have no issues with adopting the cutting diet hacks I always preach about. Finally, always remember that, this intermittent fasting full day of eating diet plan is no magic fat loss diet, it’s not the best diet to lose weight fast or the best extreme fat loss cutting diet. Those terms are silly without context as there is no “best” diet for losing weight and losing fat.
