Over 5000 calories a day closer to 5200 calories due to a load of stuff going on lately which has seen enegry expenditures increase even more. Of course the full day of eating still has very similar high protein & high volume recipes which, for me is maintenance and sometimes even a deficit to lose fat & get shredded but for most, this will be a huge surplus & a full day of eating to build muscle & lean bulk NOTE!!!! I do not advocate or suggest you follow my full day of eating, we are all different & require different calorie amounts when it comes to muscle gain diet plans or fat loss full day of eating plans, bulking & shredding etc. but hopefully the full day of eating gives you an insight as to what my current cutting diet & training plan is to stay shredded at 5% fat Correct, an honest what i eat in a day full day of eating to stay shredded which, overall. Usually it’s an even more basic diet but I tried to incorporate new shredding recipe ideas for you this time which you can scale to your own calories whether for fat loss or muscle gain. As you know, the full day of eating is 3 big high volume, high protein meals with a macro capper meaning I adopt intermittent fasting thus, hopefully this also helps show how I incorporate intermittent fasting day of eating into the what i eat in a day, full day of eating video & still hit my calorie & macro goals to stay shredded Other than that, as i said, the full day of intermittent fasting is a bit more raw but still includes easy high protein, high volume recipes helping you either with fat loss or muscle gain PLUS also going over the science of high calories & bulking i.e. lean bulk diet vs dirty bulk diet I know that for a full day of maingaining or for a diet plan for fat loss that high in calories it seems silly going so high protein, high volume and not using more calorie dense options but you know me, my appetite is huge so I have no issues with adopting the cutting diet hacks I always preach about.
