Both are extra high protein as always however for the fat loss diet plan the calories are 2200 as opposed to the lean muscle gain meal plan for bulking being 2600. This is dependent on how many servings of your final meals you choose to have as, regardless of the diet plan and full day of eating, meals one and two are fixed and fairly low calorie seeing as most people like to save bigger meals for the end of the day. BUT THEN… what we did and depending on whether you want to gain muscle and lean bulk or follow a shredding diet for fat loss, meals three and four in the meal plan can be adapted to either make this full day of eating and diet plan into a lower calorie fat loss diet plan or higher calorie lean gain muscle building diet plan.
