Home HIIT workout for fat loss | Home workout WITHOUT equipment | 1000 calorie HIIT workout at home | Full day of eating lean bulk Back with another iifym full day of eating lean bulk edition but this time, not only a full day of eating to build muscle but also more of a world and training video where I cover how I train atm and my home HIIT workout that burns over 1000 calories with no equipment (or at least, very little). Correct, I put up a question thread on IG and some of the most common questions i was getting were: • What are my home workouts like now during quarantine • What is the best home workout for fat loss • What is the best home workout for muscle gain • Home HIIT workout ideas to burn fat and lose weight • Home workouts without any gym equipment But out of all of the workout oriented questions, the most common one was by far how i burn 1000 calories (sometimes more) at home with my home workout without gym equipment So hopefully this full day of eating showing you my home workout and usual intermittent fasting diet will explain everything you need to know about my home workout and training setup atm but while I’ll let the home HIIT workout vlog and full day of eating do most of the talking, it really isn’t rocket science. I’ve always gotten a kick off metabolic training and cardio so I combine the 2 into 1 intense home HIIT workout which has little rest if any and do it for 1-1.5 hours. it shouldnt then take a rocket scientist to know that that burns a lot of calories per unit time or in my case 1000 calorie or more! Correct, although at home with no gym equipment you can still get a whopper workout in just from home workouts like HIIT workouts or circuit training. There is no reason to turn into the Michelin man and put your fat loss or weight loss goals on pause because you have no gym equipment and are relying on home workouts. WRONG! HIIT or circuits such as mine where you pick an exercise and perform it in a home HIIT workout fashion with a 1:1 work to rest ratio followed by compounds like goblet squats lunges etc can be so effective for fat loss, muscle gain and burning calories so don’t let not having any gym equipment and relying on home workouts like HIIT be an excuse not to workout at home Therefore, I’ll let the video do the rest so sit back, relax and enjoy me taking you through yet another full vlog and iifym full day of eating lean bulk edition but this time, not only a full day of eating to build muscle but also more of a world and training video where I cover how I train atm and my home HIIT workout that burns over 1000 calories with no equipment (or at least, very little).
