Times are crazy so I thought I’d interrupt the usual informative full day of eating vlogs with a personal check in of how I'm “surviving" Coronavirus outbreak lockdown when it comes to my diet and training seeing as most gyms are closed now due to the lockdown I do have 1-2 videos already recorded and nearly ready to go but with all the Coronavirus lockdown quarantine outbreak they really wouldn’t be very relatable nor suitable thus apologise for the complete rawness of this lockdown vlog. Hope all is well wherever you are living and that you are getting through this Coronavirus quarantine lockdown ok when it comes to staying mentally and physically sane by trying to workout and keep your diet as best possible. Therefore hopefully the video gives you a little insight into the past week or so and how i went (and am still going) about diet and training during the covid 19 Coronavirus lockdown and maybe give you a few ideas of how to adjust your diet and training during quarantine to still at least maintain your gains or even better, continue building muscle with home workouts and healthy recipes. Fat loss can still easily also be done as all it requires is a shift in calories from your habitual full day of eating so if you’re worried about losing gains or gaining bodyfat from not being able to diet and workout during Coronavirus lockdown like you normally do then don’t, there still is a way even if it’s just through bodyweight home workouts.
