Still Over 5000 calories a day closer to 5200 calories but energy expenditures have just been so high. Of course the full day of eating is high protein & high volume which, as i like to keep full and definitely handy to lose fat & get shredded if that’s your goal (not mine) but for most, calorie wise, this will be a huge surplus & a full day of eating to build muscle & lean bulk NOTE!!!! I do not advocate or suggest you follow my full day of eating or get as lean as i have, we are all different & require different calorie amounts when it comes to muscle gain diet plans or fat loss full day of eating plans, bulking & shredding etc. but hopefully the full day of eating gives you an insight as to the cutting diet & training plan that got me too shredded at 5% fat Correct, an honest what i eat in a day full day of eating to stay shredded plus a vlog with a home gym update and home HIIT workout going over my training alongside my full day of cutting. Other than that, as i said, the full day of eating is set up to me so involves intermittent fasting but still includes easy high protein, high volume recipes helping you either with fat loss or muscle gain PLUS as i said a vlog with a home gym update and home HIIT workout going over my training alongside my full day of cutting. I know that for a full day of maingaining or for a diet plan for fat loss that high in calories it seems silly going so high protein, high volume and not using more calorie dense options but you know me, my appetite is huge so I have no issues with adopting the cutting diet hacks I always preach about.
