In this video I go over how to replace the cable that controls the blade engagement for the Toro TimeMaster 30". You can use this video to assist you through the process to make it a little simpler. I have had to replace this cable one time due to it rusting out and snapping. This could happen if you leave the machine outside and it gets rained on or you have not properly maintained the cable with lubrication.
