This was the only forum for Wayne County Commissioner candidates in 2020. Wayne County Michigan. Hosted by Brandon Brice (Host of the 910 AM Superstation (WFDF) program "Straight Talk") All balloted candidates were invited. The nine who attended were: Tim Killeen. Democrat District 1 incumbent James Cole. Green District 2 challenger Loel Robert Gnadt. Libertarian District 4 challenger Monique Baker McCormick. Democrat District 6 incumbent Marc Joseph Sosnowski. United States Taxpayer (Michigan affiliate of the national Constitution Party) District 8 challenger Nancy Darga. Democrat District 9 challenger Jami VanAlstine. Libertarian District 11 challenger Andrew Chadderdon. Libertarian District 12 challenger Wesley Crouse. Libertarian District 14 challenger This event went live at 7:00 PM on Monday October 26 2020. It was hosted by the Libertarian Party of Wayne County (LPWC) because it's members were disappointed that no non-partisan organization had scheduled a forum for Wayne County Commission candidates. The LPWC resolved to make this event as balanced and impartial as any forum hosted by a non-partisan group. The moderator was a Republican and the participating candidates were from other parties. LPWC Chair Scotty Boman helped organize the event and managed production support behind the scenes.
