*This is assuming you have all the pieces to the photo on the wall. To get the phone to ring, this must be attempted after the clock strikes midnight, 12 bells. You need to hear THREE baby giggles. First take 10 STEPS, to trigger the first baby laugh. Don't move anywhere. **You need to have your mic hooked up for the next step** Say the name "Jareth" into the mic and wait 5-10 seconds for the 2nd baby giggle. (This did take me a few tries, so if it doesn't work the first time, keep saying ""Jareth" until you hear the baby laugh) Don't move...the controller will begin to vibrate. Wait until you hear the 3rd baby giggle - and immediately after that the phone will ring. To pick up the phone, face it and press R3 to answer. *That will do it.
