Follow β–Ί http://bit.ly/2HHjbeT Inspiration behind this video: One of the most long-running anime and manga franchises of all time, One Piece has amassed over 1000 episodes and chapters since its inception. By contrast, Netflix's One Piece season 1 will run for only eight episodes, and faces a daunting deluge of story to cover during that period. The maiden live-action season must introduce the initial five Straw Hat pirates, a slew of villains such as Axe-Hand Morgan, Alvida and Buggy the Clown, and take IΓ±aki Godoy's Monkey D. Luffy most of the way through One Piece's East Blue arc. With so much to cover and so few episodes, Netflix's One Piece could easily succumb to pacing issues. The obvious pitfall is that One Piece will race ahead to cram as much manga material as possible into season 1, not dedicating enough time and effort toward character development and story progression. This mistake could prove fatal to One Piece's live-action adventure, and quash any hopes of season 2 happening. Thank You So Much For Watching! Stay Tuned! Stay Buzzed! ──────────────────
