Ingredients that I used in the video, Onion Carrot (in any amount you like) You may also use or substitute with, Potato Cabbage? Seasoning, Pepper Soy Sauce - too much of this will make the ingredients dark (usage depending on the amount of your ingredients) And Corn Flour - it is alright to add a lot as long as you may still shape the vegetable before frying. Too little flour will be very hard to handle and could easily fall apart and might also end up very moist / oily. If you put too much flour it will not stick together but you may add in a few drops of water to make the batter just slightly sticky (just slightly is enough). Multi-purpose Teriyaki Sauce, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Rice Wine 1 tsp Sugar (this is the basic amount, add up accordingly to your liking) - Heat up the sauce mixture till the sugar dissolved or longer if you wanted a thicker sauce. Why multi-purpose? Because I can use it along hundreds of other recipes. ;) There is no right or wrong way to chop the vegetable I guess (as long as you cut it down to small pieces) but I was lazy and shaved them. Haha, but the shave hole should be bigger for the onion, mine is just too small so I had to chopped them up too in the end. I didn't use my hand to mix and didn't pour too much oil to 'deep fry', but you should! (I suppose) And I don't have potato otherwise it would be perfect!
