@Ritka Magyar- Hungarian Foursome Dance from Magyarpalatka
Original video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWNU3CXCGL0 (the link is broken so just simply copy and paste this in your YouTube search: Magyarpalatkai magyar tánc vagy négyes - mezőségi táncdialektus I enjoy watching old field recordings, and listening to the audio if they have any. The original audio recordings may not sound to good to some, while to others such as myself, it's a piece of history, an awesome experience to enjoy and learn from. This is a footage recording of a local village dance known as the "Ritka Magyar" from the village of Magyarpalatka. Located in Transylvania, Romania. Ritka (Meaning: Rare) is an ancient dance that goes back beyond the medieval ages. It would have been a lost tradition had it not been accounted by Kallós Zoltán. In this video, I replaced the field recorded audio with a high-quality, professional soundtrack. Soundtrack: White Dove Album: Traditional Songs and Dances of Hungary (2006) Band: Unkown(?)
