Sean Rubino's video: EASY 2x4 Chair How-To 3 Power Tool Project Ep 65

This is a chair that I made with 2x4s and 2x12 material that was left over from a project. I made a new chair for my shop using only 3 power tools and a host of other hand tools. This project can be made with less but I have a tendency to over do some tasks. In its simplest form it can be screwed together with pocket hole screws and glue. It doesn't need to be finished in the form I used but I wanted to "weather" the boards and paint them to resemble old painted barn boards. I used the Japanese technique of Shou Sugi Ban charring to achieve the look I wanted and then I painted and sanded the surfaces.
