Sean Rubino's video: AWESOME Copper Screen Door How-To Ep 97

@AWESOME Copper Screen Door // How-To (Ep. 97)
Please Subscribe, it's FREE! In this video I show how I made the banana leaf carvings for a wood screen door. I premade the door with the intention of just making 4 screened frames and then decided to make the bottom a bit more custom. I drew the banana leaf patterns, routed away the background waste and carved the leaf texture with a gouge. The background was dimpled with a ball mill for texture. The whole door received a few coats of outdoor varnish and was screened with copper screen. The hardware was primed spray painted with copper paint, finished with a clear coat, and attached to the door. Thanks for checking out the video.
