Sean Rubino's video: AWESOME Table Saw Outrigger DIY How-To Ep 63

@AWESOME Table Saw Outrigger DIY // How-To (Ep. 63)
This is a video on how I solved a problem of crosscutting long boards at the table saw by making an outrigger to support the long pieces. It is made from scrap hard and soft woods as well as plywood. The entire outrigger is assembled with glue wood screws and 5/8" 18 gauge brad nails. If I were to make it again I would use scrap hardwood, like maple, for the rail and plywood for the gussets, to avoid potential wood movement problems. But as this was a project that needed to be made quickly to accomplish a single task it will serve it's purpose for the time being.
