I'm at a new railfanning location today. I'm at Lowell Riverfront Park on the pedestrian overpass. This location is just a mile or so south of Everett's Delta Yard. This is BNSF's Scenic Sub mainline that goes over Stevens Pass to Spokane and points east. Our train today is an eastbound stack train led by BNSF 4713 (C44-9W). The loco lashup was eclectic with a mix of EMD and GE units. Two UP units were in the mix, one an old C40-8. I believe that is the first C40-8 I've caught on video. 4713 / UP 9188 / UP 5038 / 7169 C44-9W / C40-8 / SD70M / ES44C4
