SeattleTrafficCams !'s video: Traffic Cam Quick Clips Roof fire protest problems and more

Welcome to the latest edition of Quick Clips - clips that are too interesting to delete, but too short to feature in a stand-alone video. Today we have a roof fire, a water rescue and a look at protesters delaying emergency vehicles.
