Ingredients :
Milk 1kg
Dahi 3 spoons
Procedure:
Boil the milk to a semi thick consistency .Pour it into a steel / glass or earthenware utensil . Cool it down.The milk should be in moderate temperature .Pour the curd and cover the milk with a thick cloth to maintain the temperature .Keep it in warm place for 8 hrs . Curd is ready and now keep it in refrigerator for 1 hr. Thick curd is ready to serve.
