Sefra Correa's video: Tandoori Chicken Masala without Oven

Ingredients: Chicken – 1 kg Turmeric powder – ⅛ tbsp Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp Salt to taste Lemon Juice – 1 lemon Yogurt – 150ml Pepper powder ¼ tsp Cumin powder ¼ tsp Coriander powder ¼ tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp Ghee as required Procedure: Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice and keep it in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. After it is marinated, empty it in a wok and add ghee to it. Cook it on medium flame for 20 minutes. Increase the flame at the end to evaporate the excess water content. If using an OTG use the same marination ingredients.
