Strangely Rockman Tanjou has a link to another translator site that tranlated the rare Taiwanese manga known as "Battle and Chase" and translated to english, but why that manga from Taiwan was given priority instead of the ones ones that come from Japan(Rockman is japanese)? It just blows my mind.
