Today we are finally allowed back at the club, but I thought I would still do 1 more home workout. This week the routine has a core and lower body focused. The perceived difficulty rating is a 7 out of 10. The workout has 4 phases. Phase 1: 50 squats Phase 2: 10 minutes of core + pushups Phase 3: 2 x 1 leg deadlifts + 1 x butt touch (20 sets/leg) Phase 4: 50 squats
