So he's basically searching for a murder husband (Those who watched Hannibal can see the resemblance). He finds Jong Woo and he quickly becomes obsessed. He stalks him & tries to murder everyone close to Jong Woo to get him to himself. The moment he started to call Jung Woo his Honey, he should have run fast...
