Tirah Valley is considered the most beautiful valley of Pakistan but unfortunately the basic needs like Roads,Electricity, Health Center and Education etc of daily life are unavailable in the valley. The people of Tirah valley use animals for transportation and cultivating and use water of rain for cultivation and drinking. The people of Tirah is 99 % illiterate therefore the health facilities and education is not possible in the valley. The most of people come to Peshawar in the case of serious illness and for food.
