A walkthrough for obtaining five stars on this case. I didn't inspect all evidence such as the bloody paintbrush as it doesn't affect the rating or the location being checked off. I couldn't complete the full chase due to the glitch spawning me too far away after getting out of the car which results in a fail so I cut a small part of it out.
