After changing their minds in regards to the murder of Prince Zephiel, Nino and Jaffar decide to abandon the mission but are stopped by Ursula and her force, who will deliver the Fang's justice and kill them for being traitors. However, Eliwood and his group provide some timely assistance and help save the lives of Nino and Jaffar. That night, the group journeys to the Black Fang's water temple to settle the score with Sonia and whatever other Black Fang members reside within its confines.
