While paying in cash does not. But what are the benefits of using credit cards? Why should you use credit cards to pay for things? Find out in today's Shaggy's Ideas! Well the same applies with your credit score the higher it is the more trust worthy you seem to these banks and financial institutions. Hence since you seem less Risky they usually give you lower interest rates.
