MACHIZO's video: Grassroots Thinking is a video production on HIV AIDS in Bangladesh

To record grassroots reality, we have focused on 'Muktagacha' a remote place in Bangladesh, almost 125 km far from Dhaka. The content of this documentary is uncensored opinions of the grassroots people on HIV/AIDS. The duration of the documentary is 8.25 minutes. To present grassroots reality, we have interviewed rickshaw pullers, teachers, shopkeepers, artists, priests, students and youth groups. Hope this small documentary will be useful to understand the trend, knowledge, understanding and views of grassroots people on HIV AIDS. I think this is the time to find out the way to "zero transmission" of HIV AIDS. As there is no clinical solution to HIV/AIDS epidemic yet, we have to find out the root cause. I believe the majority of people's participation and involvement is the best way to ascertain effective solutions to social problems including the AIDS pandemic.
