In November of 2000 I flew out to NYC to Illustration House. It was like a pilgrimage to Mecca for me. To see Dean Cornwell, Mead Schaeffer, Harvey Dunn, Norman Rockwell, J.C. Leyendecker, James Montgomery Flagg, Walter Louderbeck, McClelland Barclay etc. originals was quite moving, educational and incredibly motivating. They were kind enough to let me film their current auction and I hope you find the same power I did in the exhibit.
