Hey guys welcome to another shared new from home! We can’t believe we’re already halfway through Matt James’ journey so today we’re going over the highlights of what's happened so far... Welcome to the channel Dave...you’re a fan of all things bachelor nation correct…. Alright before we start breaking down the season let’s go over where we are right now: Heading into week 6 we have X girls left We left off with a cliffhanger 2 on 1 with Jessenia & MJ We know there’s MORE drama on its way between Katie & Serena C + Heather Martin is crashing the bubble! And of course more women our hoping to join the list of front runners which right now appears to be: Rachel, Bri, Serena P, Michelle plus a few more we could debate maybe Abigail, Kit etc With that being said…. I wanna know how you guys think Matt is doing so far? Matt has had VERY successful one on ones so far...which date was the BEST in your opinion considering activity AND connection… Are the one on ones unbalanced? Rachel’s shopping spree + dinner vs Kit’s cooking session...does the budget etc of the date hint at how long someone may stick around? There has been A LOT of talk this season about HOW toxic the house is...obviously Queen Victoria was a character like no other...but there were multiple guilty women. Who stood out to you guys as the REAL villain/s of the first 5 weeks? The arrival of the “new girls” created a lot of drama in the house and of course added more connections for Matt to consider...do we like this? Did it ultimately lead to too much time spent on drama? Would we want this to become a standard edition to the show? rachael kirkconnell has been a leading front runner...but since the first episode aired she’s also been a source of MAJOR controversy online...during week 5’s episode MANY members of bachelor nation tweeted out about struggling to even enjoy watching her date because they cannot root for her moving forward. The drama started when a TikTok user went viral after posting a video accusing Rachael of bullying her in the past for dating Black men, she later posted a second video sharing messages from people with similar experiences. Just this week another tik toker accused Rachael and her family of past racist behavior on social media. Matt actually commented on the rumors to ET saying: "I have not spoken to anybody since the show ended, but I would say that you have to be really careful about what you are doing on social media," "Rumors are dark and nasty and can ruin people's lives. So I would give people the benefit of the doubt, and hopefully she will have her time to speak on that." "There's a lot of stuff going around about the women that were involved in the show, I would just give them a chance to kind of have their piece” If you’re keeping up with spoilers--and honestly even if you’re not it's pretty obvious-- Rachael is going to go far this season...what do we make of the controversy & how will we feel if she wins? Should she address it directly on her social media?
