We’ve got the latest on Clare and Dale for you, BUT… As always… Dale shocked the world when he announced their split with a breakup post...since then he has updated fans on their split but this latest update is his most vulnerable yet… Dale hopped on his IG live for an emotional conversation with fans he tearfully admitted he was "shaking" just thinking about the situation Explained he wanted to get on IG Live to show his followers that "this is real." Dale explained that he's always been someone his loved ones can lean on, but he finds himself being the one who needs support right now. "This has been a learning experience for me, as someone...who's had to provide for everybody all the time, for friends, family, and if I was hurting, not even having an option to keep going," he said, wiping away his tears. "This has f--king rocked me. I felt so many emotions and so much guilt, but also so much confusion and so much hurt." DISCUSS: most emotional we’ve ever seen Dale...obviously this is hard to go through he’s facing a lot of scrutiny as he deals with the breakup... Dale also opened up about how hard he and Clare tried to make it work saying: they tried "looking for so many answers before all of this even happened on how to make things better." "But the reality of it is," he went on, "life isn't perfect. And we make mistakes. I know I've made a lot of them, we all do. My pops would always say you gotta hurt before you can heal. I've been f--king hurting a lot." DISCUSS: ultimately they wanted very different things and the connection maybe just wasn’t strong enough... Dale opened up about how badly he wanted to be in love saying: “I remember sitting and praying like, I just want to feel again, I want to fight again, I'm tired of going through things, you know being alone," he shared. "And then, you have these ideas for how things are supposed to go, what you'll stand for, what you'll put up with, what you want out of a relationship, what you want out of love. And when you really fall that s--t goes out the f--king window." DISCUSS: Dale’s been facing a lot of scrutiny since the split...is he trying to show fans he wasn’t in it for the wrong reasons? l He didn’t directly address the infidelity rumors but talked about making mistakes and owning them… "I'm man enough to understand and realize [the] mistakes that I've done," he said. "Trying to put pride aside, pray more and just try to make the best decisions now moving forward... it takes time. All this s--t takes time. At the end of the day, it's about doing what makes you happy... F--k my heart was just f--king heavy, especially the last week. And at the end of the day, I think we all try to do the best that we can and make the best decisions that we think at the time. It doesn't mean it's the right one." DISCUSS: what do we think he’s reflecting on... Dale ended his live thanking fans for the support they’re showing him & Clare! Clare also opened up in an IG live on her page about the dark place she’s been in since the show ended and they split… noted that she considers herself a pretty strong person, but dealing with social media and the things people have said to her -- all while dealing with her mom's Alzheimer’s battle and the pandemic -- "was a lot and it really got to me." She said she has been having panic attacks and anxiety, and felt the need to address and share it with her followers. Thanking those who have sent her "positivity," she revealed that things have been hard for her since getting messages people "would be disgusted at." "I was struggling pretty bad and I held it inside for a long time and I think it manifested in other ways, kind of built up and it was heavy and a lot," she expressed. "I’m getting to the point now where I’m trying really hard to come back from that and make a U-turn because it’s a dark place to be in when you’ve got a lot of stuff compiled on each other." DISCUSS: Clare has faced a lot of hate throughout every stage ppf her bachelorette journey... She concluded by sharing that one of her reasons she wanted to be on The Bachelorette was to show people her "idea of love."
