For this Meet Our Local episode, we would like to present to you one of the very passionate and most sought after bartenders in the Philippines, Mr. Ian Serdick Libang, a.k.a. “The Curious Bartender.” Ian was in El Nido town for a short visit so we took the opportunity to chat with him and also to learn more about his recent experience in teaching Mr. Alden Richards some tips and tricks for his bartender role in the movie, “Hello, Love, Goodbye.” During the course of our interview, Ian shared with us as to how he started in the hospitality industry and gave us an insider’s look on the different projects he is currently involved with to date. He was also very generous in giving us some tips on how to start a career behind the bar as well as some relevant advice about becoming a professional bartender in the hospitality industry.
