Today I'm gonna show you how to make kunafa without an oven. Kunafa is a delightful Arabic Layered dessert where cream-filled kataifi soaked in rose sugar syrup. But in this recipe, I'm gonna use thin vermicelli instead of kataifi. Because thin vermicelli is easier to get in the local market.
