Sharon Noelle's video: My first handstand EVER Handstand journey Shorts

My first ever freestanding handstand! Even though it was only for a second, it took me a year to get here. I never grew up the sporty kid, had no gymnastics, dance or active background. I never even learned how to do a cartwheel until I was aged 23 and did it in 2020 😂 After starting pole 3 years ago and trying out CrossFit for a bit, I’ve always wanted to learn how to do a handstand. So happy that I’m finally getting somewhere! PS I’ve been training flexibility especially for my back, i did backbends earliee in the day so falling ohr of it was fine dor me but please be careful when trying out handstands on your own.
