LOL Cool down with my spin on the perfect summertime dessert...watermelon shaved ice! Or also popularly known as "patbingsu" in Korea. Shaved ice desserts are actually quite popular in Asian countries and they add a whole bunch of different toppings from red beans, to jellies, to mochi, etc. I hope you guys give this one a try!
