Koshka has been a go-to pick for a lot of folks when playing jungle on Sovereign's Rise. Her speed and early game pressure make her a pretty deadly force in the early to mid game. You just have to hope that the advantage you can get your team in the first 10 / 15 minutes will lead to something. I've always been a fan of playing Koshka especially since she was the hero that helped get me PoA the first time.
