"The Flag of Liberation" originated as an Albanian Partisan song during the days of World War II when the Albanian people banded together to drive out the Italian and German fascist invaders and liberate their motherland, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Albania (later changed to Party of Labour of Albania). The song retained its use following liberation as a popular patriotic song and military song, reminding the Albanian people of the sacrifices of their countrymen and the challenges the people overcame under the great leadership of the heroic party. However, after liberation, the Albanian people and the great party got little time to rest as they had to maintain vigilance and always be ready to fend off the Titoite fascists, Khrushchevite and Brezhnevite revisionists, and NATO imperialists. This video is made in celebration of the anniversary of the founding of the Party of Labour of Albania in 1941, who, built upon and guided by proper Marxist-Leninist lines and with the outstanding experience of Lenin and Stalin and the Bolshevik Party, heroically led the Albanian people to victory over the fascist invader and rebuilt Albania to be greater and more prosperous than it had ever been previously or since. Always guided by proper Marxist-Leninist lines and never abandoning its ties to the people, they never ceased or backed down in combating revisionism, always making the proper assessments and adopting proper lines; they followed great Stalin in the fight against Titoite fascism and carried on the fight after the murder of Stalin by the Khrushchevite revisionists and the rehabilitation of Tito by Khrushchev; they fought against the revisionist theses adopted by the Khrushchevites at the 20th congress and fought unceasingly against Soviet revisionism and social-imperialism; they fought against the anti-Marxist, class-collaborationist, and opportunistic ideas and ideology of Mao and his successors. After Stalin's death, the Party of Labour of Albania was given the important task of carrying on Marxism-Leninism and leading the international Marxist-Leninist movement as the CPSU and Soviet Union had been corrupted by revisionists and abandoned Marxism-Leninism. Against all enemies, led by great Hoxha and guided by the 4 classics (Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin), the Party of Labour of Albania advanced and developed Marxism-Leninism to combat modern revisionism (Eurocommunism, Khrushchevism, Maoism and Titoite fascism) and thus affirmed Hoxha's rightful place as the 5th classic of Marxism-Leninism. Though the Party of Labour of Albania is now gone, it's legacy and valuable lessons, its victories and how they were won, must be studied and constantly applied alongside those valuable lessons from the Bolsheviks, to all parties of the Marxist-Leninist ideology, every party must set about making itself a party of Lenin, Stalin and Hoxha, guided by Marx and Engels, with an eternal bond with the proletariat.
