Welcome to SheebasCookeryWorld. In today's video we will see the recipe of an eggless chocolate mousse cake dessert, which is very easy and a treat for the chocolate lovers. Ingredients Dark Chocolate - 100 gms Whipping Cream - 1/4 cup Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp Whipped Cream - 3/4 cup Eggless Chocolate Cake - 100 gms Cocoa Powder - for dusting Sprinkles - for garnish Preparation To prepare the chocolate mousse, chop the dark chocolate finely. To this, add hot whipping cream and set aside for 2 minutes. Mix well to make a smooth chocolate ganache. Use an electric beater to whip the chocolate for couple of minutes. Add some vanilla extract and whip for another minute. Add in whipped cream and whip until chocolate and the cream blends well. Chocolate Mousse is ready. Fill up a piping bag with the chocolate mousse. To prepare the eggless chocolate mousse cake dessert cups, take some small glasses. Fill half of the glass with crumbles of eggless chocolate cake.
