Shihab Soft's video: RedGear MK881 Unpacking worst ever packaging from Cloudtail Amazon fulfilled item

1)Well, the package was sent via Delhivery courier. I got the package as like covered in a big plastic with no air bag or bubble rap inside it for product protection. Just a big cover, inside the keyboard box with no protection. 2)I got two invoices, one meant for me, the other one was meant for another customer, whom purchased the same before a month. This really raised suspicion. 3)As of the invoice issue, after unpacking, the keyboard seem to have scratches and covered with dust. THIS IS LAME, I was being sent an used product, which was returned by another customer, the seller forgetfully or accidentally placed the invoice from the customer who returned the item. 4) After key by key checking, the Z key seems to be jammed, like something pulling back the spring action. Ah am fed up with this Amazon, I've not much time to re-package and resend the item via another courier for a replacement or refund. All I have trusted in you, purchasing this time for Rs.3,517 even though the M.R.P in the package was Rs. 3,499.
