BCAA and EAA are amino acids with degraded proteins.If your workout is 1 to 2 hours more, BCAA and EAA is necessarry as an energy source for muscles. But if your workout is short time in 1 hour, you don't need these supplements.If you keep taking protein little by little before workout, you don't need these supplements.
