I start leg workout from heavy squat.I don't do perfect squat because If I down deep with heavy weight my knee has big damage.I think no need perfect squat if it's heavy weight.But Narrow squat is deep down with light weight.  After squat, I do narrow squat with light wight.This exercise train front legs.I down deep in this exercise. 1, Barbell squat 3 main sets 2, Narrow squat 2 main sets 3, Leg Extension 2 main sets 4, Leg curl 2 main sets 5, Dumbbell Deadlift 2 main sets 6, Curl raise 2 main sets
