Shmee150's video: Is the 997 GT3 RS 4 0 the BEST Porsche 911 EVER My First Drive

It is considered by many to be one of the best Porsche 911s of all time, but this car has eluded me to date! Today, I'm with Ryan Friedman Motor Cars at Car Week, for a first drive in one of the ultimate examples of the rarest and most renowned models in Porsche's legendary 911 history. The car is of course the 997.2 generation Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0. Limited to just 600 cars, the 4.0 took the already well established 3.8 version of the GT3 RS and enlarged the engine, to the famous "4.0" along with a host of other updates. Of that total production run, it is believed that only 39 cars were made in PTS paint colours, and just 19 of those arrived in the United States of the 141 delivered to the country in total. This particular car is finished in Pastel Orange, and is actually one of three that share the same paint that were ordered as a trio by a group of friends. Today, thanks to Ryan and his team, I'm taking the driving seat in an awesome convoy for a run to Big Sur with some perfect roads to get a first feel for the 4.0. With fond memories in mind of the 911R, and excited to experience the newer 992 S/T at some point, expectations are high for the GT3 RS 4.0, so let's find out what it's really like!
