University of Kansas Head Coach, Bill Self, and a few of his former players demonstrate a great conditioning and three point drill on The Gun. In this drill, the player is simulating a shot on the wing with defensive responsibility of getting back on D after his shot, but when there is an offensive rebound, he comes back to spot up at the top of the key for a post kick-out three.
