Don't forget to LIKE, COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE! Thanks!! I was quite excited to take possession of my new SPS Pantera .40 S&W. I have been interested in getting a 2011 for sometime and I was considering a STI Edge. While doing my research on 2011s, I came across the SPS Pantera and SPS Pantera "Star". The Star is not available in North America but the Pantera is. So, I looked into this gun a little more. I finally decided that I would get one and so far, I'm not disappointed at all with the gun. I haven't had it to the range yet but I will very shortly and I'll put together a short Range Report on the Pantera as well. This video is only a teaser as I "unbox" the gun and provide my initial impression of the SPS Pantera as it comes out of the box and into my hands. It is a very good looking gun. The "black chrome" finish is awesome and gives the gun fantastic look. The finish appears to be perfect and the fit as well. This gun is tight and there isn't a rattle coming from it as I shake it or try to move the slide side to side. It racks easily and smoothly. The trigger is very nice and measures at 3.5 lbs. It's quite a smooth trigger pull and reset is short. So far my initial impression is a very good one. Range time with it is next and I will also be doing a detailed review on the SPS Pantera very shortly.
