Eating Korean raw marinated crab in London! After weeks of seeing gejang (fermented crab condiment) go viral online with roe, rice and gim (roasted seaweed strips) mixed in and salivating over the food – I searched around to find a restaurant that served this dish and VOILA! P surprised me with a booking here and we travelled for a four hour round trip for this date night (that’s dedication - thank u for going all that way for me to try ONE dish, luckily I loved it) 🫰🏽🦀🌶️ it was SO WORTH IT!!!
