Making the viral Joe and the Juice spicy tunacado sandwich… BUT as a rice bowl! (because i prefer rice over bread) IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THIS WAY. Recipe (for two): - two servings of tuna -1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard - black pepper - sea salt - 1/2 lemon squeezed - kewpie mayonnaise - one tomato sliced and diced - one avocado sliced - 6 jalapeño sliced and diced - 2 1/2 heaped tbsp basil pesto - tabasco/red pepper hot sauce (i used marie sharp’s habenero from belize) - two bowls of steamed rice Give it all a good mix and enjoy!
